DABUBU CHOCOLATE 

1. Company Information

This website is operated by TACO BRANDS LLC-FZ, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.

All products sold through this website are supplied and invoiced by TACO BRANDS LLC-FZ (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

DABUBU® and all related character designs, artwork, trademarks, logos and associated intellectual property are owned by A22 FZ and are used under official licence.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

3. Products & Availability

All products listed are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Modify product specifications

  • Discontinue products at any time

  • Refuse service at our discretion

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur.

4. Pricing & VAT

All prices are displayed in AED and include applicable UAE VAT unless otherwise stated.

TACO BRANDS LLC-FZ is VAT registered in the United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

5. Payments

All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

We do not store your card details.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

6. Shipping & Delivery (UAE Only)

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier delays

  • Force majeure events

IMPORTANT – Temperature & Delivery Responsibility

Chocolate is temperature-sensitive.

A responsible person must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.

We are not liable for:

  • Packages left unattended

  • Melting due to delayed collection

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Once the courier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products:

We do not accept returns unless the product is:

  • Defective upon delivery

  • Damaged during transit

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of damage

We reserve the right to:

  • Offer a replacement

  • Offer a refund

  • Decline claims that do not meet the above criteria

Products that have been opened, consumed, stored improperly, or tampered with are not eligible.

8. Food Safety & Allergen Notice

Our chocolate products may contain or be produced in facilities that handle:

  • Milk

  • Nuts

  • Soy

  • Gluten

  • Other allergens

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consumption.

We shall not be liable for allergic reactions where ingredient information has been clearly provided.

9. Intellectual Property

DABUBU®, all character designs, illustrations, packaging artwork, branding elements and associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of A22 FZ.

TACO BRANDS LLC-FZ is an authorised licensee.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any Dabubu content

  • Use Dabubu imagery for commercial purposes

  • Reproduce packaging designs

  • Create derivative works

  • Use Dabubu branding in connection with resale or marketing

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

10. Resale Restriction

Products purchased through this website are intended for personal use only.

Resale, redistribution, repackaging, or commercial exploitation of DABUBU CHOCOLATE products is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from TACO BRANDS LLC-FZ.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel bulk orders

  • Refuse service

  • Pursue legal remedies

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

TACO BRANDS LLC-FZ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Improper storage of products after delivery

  • Temperature-related deterioration post-delivery

  • Misuse of products

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
