REFUND & RETURN POLICY

DABUBU CHOCOLATE 

1. Overview

All DABUBU CHOCOLATE products are sold by TACO BRANDS LLC-FZ within the United Arab Emirates.

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are considered final unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.


2. Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Products left unattended

  • Melting caused after confirmed delivery

Returns are only considered if:

  • The product is visibly damaged upon arrival, or

  • The product is defective at the time of delivery


3. Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.


4. Temperature & Delivery Responsibility

Chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product.

A responsible person must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages left outside or unattended

  • Exposure to heat after delivery confirmation

  • Melting due to delayed collection

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Once the courier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.


5. Resolution of Approved Claims

If a claim is approved, we may at our discretion:

  • Issue a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the above requirements.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method through Stripe.

Processing times may vary depending on the banking provider.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened products

  • Partially consumed products

  • Products stored improperly

  • Products tampered with


7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of business

  • Event cancellations

  • Resale losses

  • Third-party claims
